“I began my construction career working on fix-and-flips in early 1990 in San Diego, California. I embraced the real estate and construction industry fully by joining Realty Executives of Carlsbad, CA, now First Team Realty. This provided me with both a building and a customer service background. By creating a client base, I represented both the construction side and the buyers' expectations. This dual relationship led me to recognize that I wanted to build homes with cutting-edge design and high-end quality that buyers want to own.
Urban Development Group, LLC, owned and managed by Jeff Livingston & Jeremy Walker, is a complete design-build development company located in Nashville, Tennessee. When the two of us joined forces and started building homes in Tennessee, we did so with the mantra that we would want our own families to live in any home we built. That mission has carried us through the years and is the reason why over 400+ families call Urban Development homes their home. Our evolution never deviated from our hallmarks of unparalleled quality, high customization and service, and sustainable value, all built upon a foundation of integrity.”

We concentrate on new construction and whole-house renovations in affordable to luxury-class homes. Our sole focus is the development and redevelopment of urban infill neighborhoods in middle Tennessee, with a concentration in Nashville. We build homes that are affordable to ultra-high-end luxury multi-million-dollar homes in Davidson & Williamson County. We feature high-quality products and materials in our homes, and we always strive to research potential product improvement and stay on the cutting edge of change.
